The Business Plan (BP) Programme is a consultancy service customised to meet the customers needs. The consultancy service lasts 2 days for small companies and four days for medium-sized companies.The throughput time of the entire BP Programme is 24 months. A systematic business plan helps the entrepreneur to predict and plan his or her companys future, provides a tool to be used in strategic management and negotiations for financing, when necessary. In the course of the BP Programme, the entrepreneur/management team formulates a business plan under the guidance of the consultant. Implementation of the programme and formulation of a business plan provides the entrepreneur/management team with qualifications to update an existing business plan or to formulate a new business plan.
