The purpose of the PK-LTS expert service is to develop business skills in an SME and provide a tool for the strategic management and development of the company’s business.
Formulating a business plan will facilitate the definition of visions and strategies as well as their conversion into financial figures.It can also serve as support in negotiations with financiers and as a tool in transfers of ownership.
Comprising 2 or 4 consulting days, the PK-LTS programme is customised to the company’s needs and is suitable for SMEs in various industries.The business plan process involves interactive work between the entrepreneur or the company’s management and a business plan expert.The total duration of the process varies from 2 to 4 months.As a final result, the company will receive a business plan in writing and in electronic format, allowing easy updates in the future.
Price:
- For small enterprises (enterprises which employs fewer than 50 persons) : EUR 350 (2 days consulting), EUR 700 (4 days consulting)
Additional consulting days:
- EUR 200 per day
- For medium-sized enterprises (enterprises which employs 50-249 persons). EUR 880 ( 4 days consulting)

Once the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment has received your electronic application, you will receive a confirmation message at your email address.
The application will be processed by the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.You will be notified of the decision by letter.
Before the beginning of the programme, you must confirm your participation with the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment, using the link and password sent by e-mail.At the confirmation stage, we will request further information (including an invoicing address and the background information of participants).
